THE HISTORY BEHIND ZICON. Since building became the family business, knowledge and experience have been handed down from father to son. ZICON is headed by Zayne Isaacs, who envisions a new era for this longstanding family business while at the same time is guided by the vast experience gained from his predecessors.
Professional project management is an integral part of the operations.To a large measure, ZICON’s success is a direct result of careful planning, focused execution, efficient co-ordination and diligent supervision.We use modern technology to extensively drive home the benefits at greater speed, accuracy and increased span of control. ZICON is a 100% black economic empowerment company. The company has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. Being owner managed, each project is personally overseen by the owner.

As a local contractor, ZICON has a thorough understanding of local building requirements.
In all its activities the company professionals, employees and sub-contractors are drawn from the local areas and are given the opportunity to excel without compromising quality and standards. Skilled and unskilled labour is recruited from the area where construction takes place.

We ensure that all work is carried out with the utmost care and ensure that the level of quality remain intact. Our project managers are always on site to overlook every operation on site.
BUILDING SERVICES
ZICON’s excellent track record of completing quality projects on time has resulted in it being a preferred contractor. A substantial percentage of ZICON’s residential, commercial, retail and industrial work is negotiated with repeat clients. In addition, ZICON is assisting in the promotion and development of the design, manufacture and installation of SCIPS (Structural Concrete Insulated Panel System).
